Vice President of BP China Ltd., Chairman of Energy Group of European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, Senior Consultant of China-EU Shanghai Energy Research Council. Previous jobs include Special Assistant to the Executive Director of the Paris-based International Energy Agency (IEA), Director of China Cooperation Program, where he was in charge of the IEA cooperation with China as well as with India and the countries of the Southeast Asia. Worked as associate professor in the Energy Department of Asian Institute of Technology located in Bangkok of Thailand. He obtained his PhD in Applied Economics from Grenoble University in France.
